Deux Belettes is considered by many in the Byron wedding industry as the ultimate venue. Nestled in the leafy, rolling hills behind Ballina in the little hamlet of Dalwood, Deux Belettes is one of a kind! Owners, Sharon & Ross, have created a rustic, French inspired chateau with generous terraces with stone surrounds.
A long shaded driveway, including a quaint stone bridge, leads you from the country laneway towards the rustic guesthouse with its gabled entrance, stone turrets and manicured front lawn. A courtyard with accompanying sandstone terraces and outer buildings, sturdy wooden gates and weathered outdoor furniture completes what can only be described as a relocated slice of provincial France. The signature archway, with its 300 year old brass chandelier, makes a perfect ceremony space. There are wet weather options if needed.
As Deux Belettes is BYO styling, catering and entertainment you can really personalise your celebrations. It’s well suited for an intimate, relaxed wedding of up to forty people, which would allow for a ceremony on the front lawn and a banquet table under the archway. Larger wedding parties can be accommodated if you’re willing to bring in a marquee. Wedding numbers are capped each year.
